Our Mission

Fertility Alberta is a non-profit patient advocacy group that aims to:

• Remove the financial burdens of assisted family building
• Encourage individuals in Alberta going through a fertility journey to have their voices heard
• Reduce the stigma and misconceptions around fertility issues

Who We Are

We are a passionate group of volunteers, who have gone through or are currently experiencing our own fertility journeys. We know first-hand how difficult it can be mentally, physically and financially on people who are hoping to build their families.

Why We Do it

Access to fertility treatments should not be a privilege that is only available to those who can afford it. No one should ever have to give up their dream of a family because they do not have the money for or access to reproductive care.
