Fertility Alberta and Mount Royal University have completed a vital research initiative exploring the real-world impact of reproductive healthcare on the Albertan workforce. This study provides a dedicated look at the unique challenges faced by individuals navigating the fertility care system while maintaining their professional lives.

Our Findings

The insights gathered from across the province have been synthesized into two enlightening reports:

  1. Investing in Tomorrow | Making the business case for workplace fertility benefits.
  2. Building Families, Strengthening the Economy | Outlining the necessity of provincial government support.

Why This Matters

This empirical data serves as a powerful tool for change.

By delivering Alberta patient experiences to provincial leaders, we are equipping them with the knowledge needed to establish a sustainable, made-in-Alberta fertility funding program.

Simultaneously, we are providing insurers and HR leaders with the metrics required to modernize employee benefit packages.

This isn’t just data – it’s the roadmap for better support for fertility patients across Alberta.
