Fertility Treatment & Employment Survey

Fertility Alberta and researchers at Mount Royal University have launched a national survey to explore the perceived impact of fertility treatments on employment in Canada.

“Employees Accessing Fertility Care: Perceptions of Effective and Supportive Government and Employer Policies” aims to collect empirical data to support arguments that government and employers play critical roles in increasing access to fertility care across Canada. 

The valuable information that comes out of the research project will help support advocacy work across the country for years to come.
